Correct! This is my second MacBook Pro in five years. 2016 is outdated, I can't keep up with new software, I've run out of RAM for the first time in forty years of computing. So I replaced the MBP with the same shell. My old MBP looks like new from the outside. Not a single stain or scratch. In the first hour with my new system, I installed the screen protector, keyboard cover, and computer case. Protects against skin damage and excessive wear and tear on the screen and keyboard. Coming back to my original comment, the case survived the Apple MBP. Especially with closed systems, these costs can save repair costs. Note that multiple pluggable USB-C dongles will not work when the case is powered on. Therefore, all keys have a cable or a very long USB connector. I hate keys but these days is life. The design makes them easy to find on my cluttered desk when I accidentally cover it with paper.
