It was NOT new as the ink carriages were already in the printer and the "Maintenance Box" which hold the waste ink is already maxed out counter. Meaning I have to buy a new Box as the printer does not start up. The Maintenance Box is $19.95. But that is not what make me mad. It was to be a NEW printer. Not used. How Dare You sell me a used printer and call it NEW. The lease you could do is send me a NEW Maintenance Box for free. After turning the printer on it said "Please replace the Maintenance Box". Also meaning the printer was so old the counter on the "Maintenance Box" expired. Now I went and bought a Maintenance Box for $20 and now the printer still says please replace the Maintenance Box meaning there is a REAL problem internal. Now I have no choice but to RETURN the whole printer which is about $80 shipping. "How Dare" this company sell not only a used printer and call it NEW but it is broken and will not start up. UPS never showed up so I had no choice to just "Pay the Piper” to have the printer shipped back which was ($116.47”). I am so tired of this whole issue. Now with this (CQ-34766 - RETURN BOL.pdf) I went into the UPS Store and they said this will not work. I needed a "Shipping Label” and they would not accept this "CQ” paper work. That is why I just paid the bill to have it shipped. The good thing is "so far” I am only out about $1,000 so I hope I get my money back from this firm "IT Eltronix”. Once again revain has been wonderful and I only shop with revain. And the Epson SC-T2170 printer has great reviews and "IF” I get my money back I will buy "I Hope” a NEW printer out of the box.
