Great price even for one-time use.
It was necessary to make a new hole for the water heater chimney. It was a reasonable price and worked well for drilling a new hole in an 18 inch basement foundation wall. It took me three days off to fully break through. Hold the punch above shoulder height and wait for the battery-powered punch to keep it from overheating. Overall, this was the cheapest way for me. I had the time but not the money to hire a handyman.
