The ability of being able view live data in our office, even when we are not using it! It helps us track inventory levels for all locations so that there aren't any surprises come bill pay time or end-of month accounting periods (ie., how much money have I spent this quarter vs last). We also like having access anywhere via mobile device - no need for someone always logged into an account at home/office while out running errands etc.. Sometimes you can get confused with what part number corresponds which product but other than that its been great working through those moments :) Having everything online makes things easier too since some items may change quickly between stores during peak times such seasonality / weather changes ect...
