Doesn't crack: grill inserts

I bought these for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Altitude Unlimited. I followed the installation process but they didn't snap into place. It was loose and wouldn't snap into place. My grille is undoubtedly for the dragon version. Not sure why. There is no liability.
