I bought this to use as a battery adapter for my heated sweatshirt as the one that comes is packaged in a storage unit. You have to press a button on the block to turn it on, the heating circuit works sometimes and sometimes not, also you have about 5 seconds to choose the desired setting before it goes out you have to pull the adapter out of the jacket, unplug it, then plug it back in in, plugged back in and don't forget to press the button on it and QUICKLY turn on the jacket and then set the desired temperature. Honestly I'd pay double for something that actually works, I understand this isn't an official Milwaukee branded product so it won't fully work as such, but it's too much work for what it is save your money and buy a real Milwaukee
