Everything went great at first! My vacuum cleaner worked like the first time I bought it! I was so happy and excited at how cheap it was! Spring. ONLY after 4 uses. He stopped sucking and doesn't work at all! And now I can smell the smoke! So I had to stop using it and contact Dyson and buy directly from them. So DO NOT waste your money and time buying this product. money down the toilet. Is it more expensive to buy from a Dyson but it's better than buying a brand new vacuum cleaner. I would like to hear bad reviews.
