Bought this item hoping it would work. It hardly happened. It has continued to be serviced and not working after using it 2-3 times a week in a small area for 7 months. It just spins in circles like a wheel doesn't work. Nothing gets caught and hair doesn't get caught in it. Everything is clear, and he's just sitting in the 2-foot zone now and moving in circles in that 2-foot zone. Doesn't go straight, and as I said, one wheel doesn't seem to work, so it spins in circles.
