Revine, you should be ashamed. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! I'm not a very critical person, but I worked at the Revain Implementation Center for 3.5 years. This is my first review. This product came in the original thin packaging it came in from China. Revain doesn't seem to care anymore because they just put it in a plastic bag. Everything came bent, dented and scratched. The original packaging didn't even close properly. The manufacturer and Revain know this has been an ongoing problem for years (see previous reviews), but no one has bothered to fix it. The "finish" was ridiculous, but what could you expect for the price. I've spent hundreds of hours driving my school bus to do more than just strap this piece of horse shit to my back. Same problems as everyone else. The mounting bolts are too short and bent, and the unit cannot be mounted flush or even straight. It would have been better if the screws were removable so I could replace them with longer ones. In a cavity wall there is no way to tighten the nuts, so the bolts must go through and through the wall. It seems that neither Revain nor the manufacturer cares about the consumer, otherwise they would fix this very simple problem. That comes back, you wasted my time now I buy local.
