Review on Corelle Winter Frost White Lunch Plates Set - 8.5-Inch, 6-Piece, White by Sean Huff

Good size to make smaller portions look bigger

I remembered the Corelle my mum used to withstand abuse so I decided to give up my old tempered glass cookware set (with lots of missing parts) to be replaced with this one. I didn't want a heavy harness because I have arthritis and I'm not getting any younger. Instead of buying a box set with so many dishes, I opted for six packs of dinner plates, dinner plates and sandwiches. plates, as well as the Fun Pack, which includes a serving bowl and four large 28-ounce plates. Peel. I plan to buy colorful mugs and napkins to complement meals. The dinner plate is perfect as a microwave lid for a serving plate and the bread and butter plates are perfect for covering individual bowls. The plates are neatly stacked in my closet; Using one of these Closet Maid style shelves I can fit all six dinner plates and bread and butter plates on it, but dinner plates (with platter on top) and four bowls placed side by side below is just a small area of my cabinet. For an apartment with a relatively small kitchen cabinet, this is a real blessing. Some complain that these cymbals feel flimsy, but remember: they're Corelle, and the Vitrelle material they're made of is no ordinary ceramic or tempered glass. The other day I dropped a plate from sink height (which I wouldn't intentionally recommend!) and it bounced off the vinyl floor without breaking. I expect this cookware to hold up very well to everyday use (microwave, dishwasher, oven) and not release any dangerous chemicals in the microwave like plastic does.
