As a newbie to removable dentures, I've experimented with a variety of denture care and attachment products. I ordered these night pills as well as other options. Although I am a non-smoker, I particularly like the 15 minute Polident for smokers because the other options are either a 5 minute bath or an overnight bath. If you are reading this, you are probably familiar with the adjustment period at the beginning. I prefer powdered glue to cream; and were surprised how much better a light powder held my new dentures in place compared to sticky tube glue. Cleaning is also much easier. I've made it a habit to brush 15 minutes before bed so my teeth are ready to go. About every week I use these OVERNIGHT WHITENING tablets to whiten my dentures. Someone should write a book for first-time denture wearers; it's just not polite conversation, and I wish it were.
