I got the Sportsman alternator from the orange store when it went on sale. Used it ONCE for freezing in Houston. I removed it and a week later the valve broke off without touching it. Nobody has been in the garage since I took it out. I cleaned it and called the athlete about it. Sent them pictures as their "engineering" team wanted to see what happened. They called back with no answer and very aggressively sold the SAME part for $71! I told them Revain had it for $8 but they completely ignored me and asked what CC I wanted to buy. I told them again and then they finally gave up. As for that part. It's great so far. Tip: Use needle nose pliers to unscrew the part if it is broken.
