Excellent tyres. If you find a better one, please comment your experience.

Excellent tyres. Replacement for 33 tubes in tires. A huge difference on gravel. Update: When I wrote my original one line review I was new to gravel biking. Since then I have gained a lot of experience on all kinds of surfaces. I can tell you that compared to the competing Panracer Gravel Kings tire, this tire will have you going faster and last longer in almost all conditions. How do I know? I bought a used bike with GK 38's built in. I was in thick and muddy shit and couldn't keep up as usual. I figured it was most likely the width and came across a GC 43 sell out. I put them on. This improved the ride on thick dry gravel but did nothing on wet and muddy material. The best way I can describe the feeling (apart from utter exhaustion) is like the bike being sucked to the ground by the Gravel Kings tracks. I'm going to buy another set of WTB Resolutes today. The riders in my group have a similar experience and most of them ride WTB because of it. WTBs are light and roll fast as advertised. But they are prone to punctures, which is normal in my experience, because they heal with sealant if you don't take care of them properly. They fail due to the inner liner peeling off. When this happens, you will hear a "squishy" sound as you turn it, repeating with each turn. At this point you will need to take out the tire and replace it when you are done with your journey. The tread will still be good and you will be disappointed that you couldn't increase the distance on the tire. I'd say I drove maybe three or four thousand miles before this glitch happened, so that's pretty good. General Advice: Retighten your tires at least a few times a year. Also remove the valve stems. Clean everything including the valve stem. Reassemble and add new sealant. Why? Because the seal dries and acts like an adhesive. You may find that you have a stuck rod and cannot remove it to insert it into the tube. To make matters worse, I saw a guy who did nothing but fill his tires with sealant for the 3 years that the tire was glued to the rim. We couldn't film it in the field. He had to hitchhike and Uber back.
