High volume + excellent grip on all surfaces = 😀

These tires are amazing! They only clean the chainstays on my Giant TCX. The grip is fantastic on all surfaces and you feel just as fast on asphalt. The higher volume allows me to ride them at lower pressures, so riding over bumps is smoother.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Fast, easy, great.

I have been riding Gravel/Monstercross bikes for about 8 years now and these are the best tires I have ever used. They're faster on the road than you think, seal easily without tubes, and hold air for months even though it's winter and I don't ride this bike. Yes, there are better tires for mud and tires for dry conditions, but all-round tires? Doubtful. Also zero flats for 833 miles.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Very happy with their work

I have mounted these tubeless rims on Velocity A23 rims with Velocity Tape and Orange Seal Endurance. No fuss, no leaks and almost as explosion proof as tubeless. The closely spaced lugs in the center offer very good performance on the pavement and also cope very well with gravel, mud and glaciers in northern Wisconsin. Durability seems pretty good so far but will be updated as it changes with more miles. Definitely one of my favorites so far.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Almost never

Neat bicycle tires

These tires look very retro and receive comments. And I believe that you will have no problems with the camera. But they just suck like a tubeless tire. Lick like a sieve. I can't go 2-3 days without at least one of them coming down. I've never had a tire with this problem. I'll put tubes in and go there with no problems, but I was expecting them to be tubeless as advertised and they're unreliable in that regard. one of them still burns out in 3 days, the other in a week. boo I've used tubeless

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • No instructions

Awesome gravel tire

I've tried several other tires and none compare to this one. It's faster than expected on pavements and handles bad roads and even single-lane traffic with ease. I've taken them to mountain bike trails and they've done a great job. I feel so planted and confident compared to my early 35s. Overall, this is one of the best gravel tires I've ever used. Note: When installing tubeless tires, I noticed that a lot of air seeps through the sidewall itself. After I filled it with sealant, the problem…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Change to 3 stars

Installed these on my touring bike with non TCS wheels. I use a Stan no Tube rim tape/valve/solution for a tubeless setup and it was easy to do. There are many videos on youtube how to tubeless and paying special attention to the installation of the rim tape, this was the hardest and most important part of the installation for me. In general, I like tires. Almost as fast as the 700x23 slicks on my other bikes. The grip is pretty good on both wet roads and gravel. Addendum after about 500 miles:

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Inspect the center tread for manufacturing defects.

I loved these tires. They tune up tubeless easier than any tire I've ever owned. Unfortunately, as soon as I installed them I realized there was a manufacturing issue with both tires and the center knobs were clearly misaligned and I think the misalignment is even affecting the knobs on the rim. This affects both rolling resistance and handling. I contacted WTB and sent them a photo and they said they would send a new pair tomorrow. Hopefully the new ones will fit the tread properly. I'll…

500 Mile Review - Sports

I've driven it 500 miles on almost every road. They are currently on my Diamondback Haanjo 5C with a DT Swiss XM 401. I have them tubeless with stan tape, sealant, valves. Pros: • Fairly quiet on the road. • Good enough off-road traction to explore a bit. • Fairly fast, even on bumps. Pretty close to my Conti Grand Prix 5k. Much faster than 650 x 47 WTB Byways.• Easy assembly on the rim with little effort.• Tubeless assembly is easy. I even managed to plant them with a floor pump. Bad: • Lots…

Pros
  • Sturdy finish

  • Damaged

Excellent tyres. If you find a better one, please comment your experience.

Excellent tyres. Replacement for 33 tubes in tires. A huge difference on gravel. Update: When I wrote my original one line review I was new to gravel biking. Since then I have gained a lot of experience on all kinds of surfaces. I can tell you that compared to the competing Panracer Gravel Kings tire, this tire will have you going faster and last longer in almost all conditions. How do I know? I bought a used bike with GK 38's built in. I was in thick and muddy shit and couldn't keep up as…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
