I never leave reviews, I know it sounds trite but it's true, I've probably done it 4 times in my life. I've had psoriatic arthritis since I was diagnosed in 2014, however I've had flaky scalp for longer but I thought it was dandruff (now I understand why dandruff remedies never worked). So it's been years since I've seen my scalp clearly, that I can wear dark clothes or even shake my hair and touch it in public without fear of the scales falling off. During my pregnancy everything was in remission and that was about 2 years until last year I had inflammation especially on the scalp and lately it has been very bad, I even had injections in the skin heads during ward rounds to relieve the symptoms to control , and nothing. My dermatologist suggested this but it was out of stock for a while and finally I bought it and applied it last night, today I shampoo my hair with Neutrogena T-Gel Shampoo and OH MY GOD! NO MORE FLAKES! My scalp is still red as a tomato, still itchy and you can still see the patches of psoriasis but no damn flakes come out when it snowed! I can't put into words how happy I am with this product, I'm still looking for optical treatments as I can't get any other ones due to allergies, but so far this has blown me away and today I'm the happiest person ever!
