The ease of use, how accessible it was for employees in different offices around Australia as well being able connect with other companies also using trackerhero (such that if one office needed assistance from another they could do so without having their own staff travel).
It would be nice however we can have more features added which may come at some cost but I'm sure this will happen soon enough! There are still things you need learn about when starting out such like understanding file formats etc., once these issues were overcome everything started working great!! Tracking our people hours effectively now makes payroll easier than ever before.
