After about 3 months of use, the coffee machine could no longer be switched on and no longer brewed when it was switched on. In April I filed a warranty claim with the company. I was told to expect a refund in the mail in 4 weeks. It's early May and it's still not here. I call Bella again and they said it should take 8 weeks and should arrive by the end of the month. It's around mid-June and there's no control. I call again and they said not to expect it until the end of July. WHY DID YOU NOT NOTIFY ME?!?! They "claimed" an accounting issue after trying to evaluate over 10,000 refunds (a true testament to the quality of their products). How the heck don't you tell customers waiting for a refund that there was a problem WHEN THE PROBLEM HAPPENED?!?! I will never buy any of their products again. It was my mom's Christmas present, which I worked on throughout the finale to make sure I got all the presents they wanted. I'll probably buy manufacturer Keurig and reusable K-Cups as it's more efficient to use our own territory than individually. WARNING: PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
