Although this Chinese device is not a Samsung product, it seems to work adequately as a remote replacement for my Samsung UN55F6350 Smart TV. It is advisable to have a spare TV remote control without manual controls. I expect this will help separate the heavy use of the original remote's arrow keys to operating the TV's web browser. Unlike other remotes I've tried, this one can activate the browser and control other TV functions. (FWIW buttons "Revain" and "Netflix" don't work on my TV). This came in a plastic bag with no instructions whatsoever let alone how to program it for the STB. The backlight only illuminates the volume and channel buttons. The buttons feel less important than Samsung's OEM remote and feel of lower quality overall. I gave this device 2 stars because while all other buttons work perfectly, the arrow keys work like they're almost worn out! For example, sometimes the up arrow key works fine. Other times I have to press 5 or 6 times to register a squeeze, or press very hard. The right and left arrow keys have similar issues. The above defect is invalid. I have requested a replacement, no refund as I believe a fully functional replacement part is worth the price. New device received in good condition. Still working after 6 weeks. Complaints about overall quality and spongy keys are still relevant.
