Update: Unfortunately the bag is nice but useless if you put something in it. I don't know why the rest of the bag is so strong and has flimsy weak magnetic closures. The entire top of the bag opens wide when you go from home to the car. Really disappointed. Love it. The color of the bag (I have green) and the accessories on it are very beautiful. Very durable. The straps are too long so I attached them to the hardware on the top handle instead. Still quite long, but that's not a problem if you're wearing a puffy winter coat. I like the bag enough to keep it to myself and fix the straps if that becomes a problem. My only complaint is that the soft part is only on one side so the other side doesn't offer any protection if you're using this on a laptop. I don't use it for that, so it's ok. The clicks could also be a bit stronger, but it works. In general very satisfied. I have a lot of heavy stuff there and the seams stretch.
