Do not use the hooks provided, they are rubbish

this is the second of these we've bought, an accidental fall broke the first one which is my fault but as you can see using the cheap hardware that comes with it is a good thing since today we broke a new cheaper hook. Now I'm going to spend some time removing this BS hook and hopefully I can avoid having to redrill a new hook hole which I'm thinking after buying a smaller piece to get the right size. Use better hardware already, or drill better holes for God's sake. it's not hard whoever does it. God. What nonsense with a new product.
