Largest 3 bits failed after 1/2". Not sure if they aren't sharpened or just poorly made. I was trying to drill a 5/8" diameter hole in 1/8" mild steel at 330 RPM on my drill press using cutting fluid. On my first try, I mistakenly thought I hadn't adjusted the depth gauge because it was hitting a wall in 1/2" increments. I switched to another bit and another with the same results. Absolute bullshit, and now I'm at a loss I made a mistake trying to save a few bucks and I paid the price to run and buy a quality tool.
