My daughter tripped due to a design flaw

***UPDATE*** After just a month of use the material on one of the front wheels was completely worn out! It was only on one of the blades. Luckily Revain support is great and offered to return them even though the window was closed. I'm not sure if we caught a defective pair, but I'll play it safe and buy a different brand for the next pair. My daughter loves roller skating and is exhausted from the wheels on her old roller skates. bottom of a page. When I discovered that changing wheels was more expensive (NOT REALLY? Why would I throw away great skates when the price of changing wheels was almost double the price. So stupid), I decided to buy her new ones instead. I think kids don't skate anymore because it was almost impossible to find anything locally so we went online and did a lot of research before deciding on these skates. They look great and my daughter said they are quite comfortable but there must be something wrong with the design. The clicks keep knocking them over (sticking to each other) and dropping them. This is her third pair of blades and we never had this problem with the other two. My daughter also plays hockey and ice skates quite confidently. Her poor legs are now covered in scratches and bruises. I really wish we liked these skates and if it wasn't for a design flaw we would have liked them.
