Great one-hand TV mount

I have a 75 inch flat screen that I used for my garden/pool (it's crazy how cheap these big TVs have gotten). Move after nearly a decade of service. This was an adjustable wall mount with two arms, and I've always had trouble getting the two arms to behave together, especially when trying to fold the mount "flat" against the wall. suggested that this was exactly what was needed to hang a larger TV. the position I wanted for the height, I used the hardware provided to mount it to a brick wall as shown. He came along and recommended using 5 screws. I used all five but the one on the bottom right next to the arm proved tricky as I drilled that hole too close to wh before the arm hardware is connected. Because the mounting hinge is near the right edge, drilling these holes is more important. The top hole was wide enough that I could easily screw in the screw. I've fully fused four out of five, and the fifth is almost complete. He's still very firm. I only knocked off one start as I think the instructions for that should have been a bit clearer. In fact, I'd recommend just putting one screw in a couple of slots to the left of the swing arm to avoid interference. Minimize exposure during a storm. The arm allowed me to achieve a great position and angle to be clearly visible to people in the hot tub or pool and it is raised over my head for more clearance on the patio. There are cheaper double bindings out there, but I think the strength and ease of adjustment of the one-hand binding made it worth it.
