This is my first time using a product like this. Therefore I cannot compare with other systems. They did the job I bought them for. I was happy with that. I had problems with how the tabs broke. After the tile cured I came back with broken wedges and my problem started with the top half of the brackets. I used a rubber mallet to break off the ridges. Only maybe 1 in 10 broke off where it should have. The rest broke further down the clamp, leaving the rest of the clamp still attached to the base. Most protruded almost level with the top of the tile. I had to go back and cut off the rest of the clamp with a razor before I could pour in the grout. It was a lot of work and I chipped off a few tiles in the process. Maybe more expensive systems don't have this problem, I don't know.
