Helps a lot to protect tiles from jagged edges. With regular spacers, they'll fall out a few times when you're working on the wall. But with these leveling spacers, you don't have to worry about that. However, be careful when using it on a ready mixed wall as it takes a lot of force to break off part of the seal after removing the wedge.
