I have been waiting for UL listing and nUPC documentation for more than a week with no response after several emails. I tried calling the number listed on their site but doesn’t seem to work.They claim UL and nUPC as well as many other "features” but cannot provide documentation to prove it.UPDATE: I called the support number during their business hours and was given another number to call (also in China). It was tricky because of the language barrier but I was able to obtain the certifications needed within the hour via email in pdf format. Inspection passed!
