I like that they are easy to use for small business owners who have little experience with technology or analytics in general. They offer many different types of reports which can be helpful when looking at your own data. There aren't too many options available if you need something specific but it's not difficult to find what you're looking for once you know where to look. The support team seems very knowledgeable as well so there isn't much room for issues after setting up accounts and using their software. It has been great being able to analyze my sales numbers and see how things were going over time.
