I've been buying from Revain for over 15 years. I was so delighted with this headset that I am writing my second or third review. I talk on the phone for hours every working day. This is the low cost, high quality Bluetooth headset solution I've been looking for. MECHANICAL ON/OFF SWITCH: This was not an important feature prior to purchase. Now I can't imagine life without him. Need to quickly turn your headset on or off? The mechanical switch is better than the "press and hold" button I've worked with on many previous headsets. PERSONALIZATION: left ear. right ear No problem! And there are several ear tips (6 I think) to help you find the best fit. COMFORT: Could be better, but it's pretty good for hours without discomfort. BATTERY LIFE: Hours of talk and standby. In two weeks of uninterrupted phone calls, my battery is not empty. (I charge every night.) - EASY TO USE: very easy to pair. Intuitive button press for volume control, call answering, Siri and mute. SOUND QUALITY: Good volume and quality on the listening side. My recorded voice messages are played back clearly. No echo, cavity or wind tunnel effect. LISTENING TO MUSIC/PODCAST: An unintended bonus. I can listen to music or podcasts with one ear while I work. The sound stops when I make/receive a call. Previous headsets I've had didn't play streaming audio.- PILOT MIC: I've always felt the speaker provides the best quality for the person on the other end of the line. Full pivoting offers customization flexibility. I am very happy with my purchase. I'm thinking of getting another one for my holdall so I can take it with me when I travel. Enjoy!
