It smells like death!
feathers stink terribly! And some of them had blood in their feathers, and some had turkey skin. I tried washing with Lysol and hot water. When that didn't work I tried bleach and water to get rid of the horrible smell of rot and chemicals. They cannot be used in this state. If they were clean and odorless, they could be used to make writing pens.
