Edit Update: After I posted my review the company contacted me and sent me a new turner. I completely disassembled the first one to find out why it has such a horrible nose. It turned out that the metal rod rubs against the metal stand holding the mug. This is a simple fix for a great product. I glued a piece of felt to the stand and it forms a soft barrier between the two metals. I don't know if it will last long, but so far so good. Since then I've made 4 mugs without ever looking out. Perhaps because of this post, the company is adding a barrier. Happy crafting! This is only the second time I've used it and now it's making a strange noise. It's getting worse and spinning. A little disappointed in that. When I first used it, I couldn't hear anything. You don't have enough glitter to make a mug. I'm pretty sure for the same amount I paid I could have done something and it could have been better.
