The customer service that they offer is exceptional - not only do you get answers to your questions quickly but any follow up question or communication back after an answer has been given also gets resolved very smoothly too! There was nothing I disliked in this product at all- it's easy enough for anyone with some skills who knows what SEO means / how Google works as well so if those are strengths there should be no barrier here either.- It provides me daily insights into which marketing campaigns (ads) perform positively compared to others thus helping guide future decisions of where my limited efforts go vs competing products.

The ability to see who is influencing others in my industry has helped me understand where I need to be spending most of our marketing efforts. It's also great for understanding how different types of content are perceived by my audience so we can optimize future campaigns accordingly. We've been able to track engagement with current campaign materials versus past ones (we're looking at ROI).
