The interface is easy to navigate through as there are many ways to find what you need easily. It doesn't have all of our needs in one place at this time but we hope that it will keep growing with us! I like that you can track your customer's behavior over time to see if they are becoming more loyal or not! It is very helpful in seeing which products sell well vs those who don't work as advertised. The support for this product has been slow-moving at times; it would be great to have an actual live person answer questions when there appears to be no one around (even though we've called multiple times).
