I like that you can track your customer's behavior over time to see if they are becoming more loyal or not! It is very helpful in seeing which products sell well vs those who don't work as advertised. The support for this product has been slow-moving at times; it would be great to have an actual live person answer questions when there appears to be no one around (even though we've called multiple times). Try using this tool with other marketing tools such as Google Analytics so you get better insights into what works best for your business! We use this software together wtih HubSpot Marketing Suite to help us determine where our leads come from - whether they're referred by someone already working within my organization or via google search etc.
