The unpainted metal screws held the mirrors up well for a few days when I fixed the screws on the original mirrors. A little sanding, a few coats of paint and native screws. Under normal driving conditions, there is no shaking. I just wish I'd waited until I got my hands on the passenger mirror before ordering them. A pair is almost $100 less than a single OEM mirror.
