I like that they keep adding new features to their platform so it's always changing. It makes things hard for me when working with them because there are some times where all my requests get lost somewhere between being put into progress, getting approved or even created by support team members if not escalated up through managers/supervisors as well! In general it works okay but sometimes issues do come forward which need immediate attention. The amount of time taken from issue creation until response can be quite lengthy at certain points during peak hours due to high volume traffic coming in via online portals such as WeChat and Alipay etc. They have added several useful tools over recent months including an internal ticketing system called SafeDogApp plus integration capabilities for third party apps allowing us better end-user experience within our own business applications we use across departments internally. SafeDog was able to integrate with our other products such as AD, G Suite and Office365 without any issues. It has made it easier for us to manage all aspects of our infrastructure from one place. I would say that SafeDog could do more to market their product; however they are doing an excellent job! They provide support at every level which makes them stand out above others in this industry. We have been using SafeDog since 2012 and we love everything about what they offer.
