It's been really helpful for me to be able to have someone who I can talk with about my struggles, as well as being accountable in terms of tracking how much sleep/exercise etc that i'm getting each day & also helping keep track so far it has made things easier! The support team are very friendly but not always available when you need them most (eg weekends).
Sometimes its hard having an app running constantly which makes keeping up motivation difficult - especially if there isn't any kind of reward or incentive within the program itself such as points towards prizes like t shirts / gift cards ect. Having something where your progress gets tracked over time helps motivate people too because they see their own improvement week by month rather than just jumping from one step forward then back again without seeing any change at all.
