I am using this CRM to keep track of my clients in real time so that we can have more personal contact with them by having their information directly available at our fingertips as well as being able update it through an API or webhooks system if needed.
The interface is very intuitive once you get used to how everything works but there are times when some actions seem like they might be slow compared to what other platforms would do (i think maybe due to its size?). It's not perfect yet though! We use it mostly for portfolio analysis so keeping up all client info about transactions such as trades done etc.,.
