A matter of durability
Benefits - hold your hair in place - I have very thick and heavy hair and these elastics hold the hair in place even when running on a treadmill. Cons - durability - the first rubber band broke the first time I tried it. Others performed slightly better but after about 2 weeks of constant use they start to stretch at the seams and I expect to break soon. I bought these because I got a friend who served me for several months. and kept in original condition. I think some gum must have been an anomaly because they don't seem to last more than a couple of weeks.
