It is not functional out of the box. It turned out after the return date had passed.
I did not immediately use this part on my car because I had other issues that needed to be addressed first. That was after my return date had passed and I actually put it on my '99 Accord. It wasn't long before my car was generating code p1491. This code is an insufficient EGR lift. I checked the part and it wouldn't open. If you purchase this part, be sure to test it for functionality before fitting it to your vehicle.
