I ordered 2 of these fans to cool a 15x14 room and a 13x12 room The instructions are very simple and it took me about 45 minutes to assemble the entire fan to assemble. The remote control works well, the sensor picks up without problems. The light easily illuminates the room with a nice bright glow that would be the equivalent of a 60w incandescent bulb. One room had no wobble and I had some in the other, but when I tightened everything back up the other fan wobble was gone. I only saw the wobble at first before adjusting to level 3. I am very happy with these fans and definitely made the 90 degree heat in the upstairs bedrooms more bearable. If you have one and the light is too dim, press and hold the light button. Increases or decreases the brightness of the LED. It's going to be very, very bright.
