Review on Oasser Compressor Portable Inflatables P1S by Greg Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Don't turn it on, take it apart!

Very few of you will get a link in the title. Anyway, I bought my compressor and disassembled it. BATTERY: Three 18650, 11.1V, rated capacity 2000mAh. This rating may not be correct. I am planning to put some of my Panasonic batteries in. PUMP: The DC motor rules the show. The gears are cheap and without lubrication. The piston is made of some kind of plastic. Theoretically, if you run it too long, the piston will melt. I haven't seen any thermal protection that prevents this. USE: PSI readings are not very accurate. The display is blue and is clearly visible at night. A flashlight is good enough to see where the tire's valve stem is located. Don't expect to use the flashlight for anything else, it's pretty weak. The compressor is not as loud as plug-in compressors. MY THOUGHTS: I will never test this compressor on a flat tire. It can do its job and it might take 10 minutes but I'm afraid it might shorten its lifespan. I use this for a car foamer/sprayer. Inflating the sprayer becomes much easier. I've uploaded a photo of the compressor fitted to the frother in case you don't understand. I saw a guy on YouTube doing the same thing.
