Received these knives this afternoon. Estimated delivery was between 13.12. The 2nd surprise is that they were packed in a small but strong box, 3 of which were tied together to avoid possible damage in transit. I just received them as a gift box. I can't wait to try them right away. The result surprised me once again. The blades are very sharp, the handles are strong and smooth. I am sure that with such good material they can last a long time. I can hold onto it easily. I used black to peel the pear and appreciate its 2 sided property, it cuts down my cleaning time. I also used some pear balls to garnish my dish. I used red to make onion cabbage julienne. I've also tried peeling and slicing large carrots with blue and made some ribbons to wrap and steam chicken breasts, onions, and kale. Scrubs work great. I no longer need to use the processor for editing. They are amazing and easy to use. I love this product and will recommend it to my friends. Too bad I didn't take a photo to show the result.
