So easy I could sharpen knives while holding my quirky baby! I love that I can adjust my sharpening based on how worn my knife is. A blinking light lets me know when I'm nearing the end of each of the sculpting, sharpening, and refining steps to get rid of all that "how long is enough?" I have sharpened a number of knives and have been very happy with each one, especially after doing two rounds of sharpening on one particular knife that always seemed difficult to sharpen with our sharpener. I used to leave it to my husband but now we both like this little device. It will have a permanent home on my counter (looks great) and will have many uses! After sharpening, I got so busy slicing tomatoes for BLT that I almost burned my bacon. Surprised how easy it is to learn how to use and it's clearly a well thought out product!
