I bought these speakers about 9 months ago and one of them broke and the other got pretty fuzzy. They have a one year guarantee. I contacted the company and they said I need to return the speakers, they will test them and if faulty they will send a replacement. Well, that's exactly what happened. They received the speaker on Monday and the following Monday I had new speakers in the mail. It took me about five days to receive it. I was excited. These are really great speakers and they're on my covered patio so we can listen to music while we sip a glass of prosecco! All is well! PS When I called customer service in California, they were professional. polite, helpful and quick to let me know that the speakers have arrived and that they are shipping a new set immediately. It was so wonderful to speak to someone so capable. Thanks very much!
