What I like most about this machine is that it can support both simple and more complex ways of making bread. I'm a beginner and this bread maker made great bread on the first try. The guide provides both step-by-step bread-making instructions and a simple bread-making ingredient list. There are recipes for more bread types and the machine can handle multiple bread types and styles. I'm still new enough to follow the steps of making bread as the machine progresses, but I'm looking forward to using the machine's feature that allows me to set up the machine before bed and let it start the baking process on its own to leave early in the morning so I can have freshly baked bread for breakfast, toast and then sandwiches...not to mention stepping into the kitchen, which is filled with the smell of baked bread! I would buy this car again without hesitation!
