Easy To Use And Full Of Features For Our Needs
This program works well for our needs because we use it as an online appointment system, which cuts down meeting times by days of weeks! We also love how easy this software allows us to send out messages via email or text message with parents who are not current users (we have non-user clients too).
I can't say enough good things about these guys!! They've been great from day 1 when they took over support/hosting duties after their previous provider went under in 2018 - super professional team members willing & able answer any question you may need answered right away even if its something very simple like "how do i delete my last saved information?". So far sooo goooooo. The only thing keeping me off 100% would be having more features available such adding different time slots during school hours etc but other than those minor issues there's nothing really negative at all :) If anyone has questions don’t hesitate reaching them directly @support@cubbyspot.

- Very responsive customer service staff that provide timely responses throughout business hrs every single weekday including weekends&holidays without fail!!! It is amazing considering what hour(s) most businesses operate around here locally..and yet always seem happy take calls anytime regardless whenever needed within reason.which means much appreciated:) Thank god someone still cares abut providing superior levels services especially since many others aren' t anymore
