The integration is extremely easy to set up and work in conjunction with your existing systems like ticketing software and visitor logs so there are no issues of extra licenses that you need if they're already paid for by previous providers. It lacks some customization options when I had hoped for some kind of visual editor. But we've been able to add custom forms and reports without much hassle once everything was setup properly with our account manager. As others have mentioned before us, we'd still recommend this product over other competitors out there because of its ease of use and price point compared to their competition. We've used several different versions of car park managers previously from multiple suppliers but never really found one that made sense for how large our business has become since then. VersaMax solved those problems for us.
