Great platform and awesome support team

I like how easy it is to use. It's very intuitive which makes learning the software much easier than other products out there in this market space. The customer service has been great too! They are always willing to help when you have any questions about their product/service. There isn't anything really that we dislike so far. However, our biggest challenge right now is getting people signed up for the trial version since they don't want to give us an account (which was expected). We've found

  • Easy navigation across all pages even from different devices such as smartphones or tablets.
  • Great support team who responds quickly whenever contacted by phone call / email
  • usually within 1 hour if outside normal business hours.
  • Support staff provides valuable feedback at time during user onboardings
  • Customer Success Manager does amazing job helping users get familiarized & trained into system before transition

Easiest way ever (and best bang-for buck) managing employee parking

The integration is extremely easy to set up and work in conjunction with your existing systems like ticketing software and visitor logs so there are no issues of extra licenses that you need if they're already paid for by previous providers. It lacks some customization options when I had hoped for some kind of visual editor. But we've been able to add custom forms and reports without much hassle once everything was setup properly with our account manager. As others have mentioned before us…
