This product barely worked on my ranger. It was about 2 1/2 inches longer. I managed to get it to work by cutting off the excess and using the old tubing. I'm not that dissatisfied. I conform, to say the least. Just be prepared if you have an early 90's Ranger. Good lubrication helps when connecting the hose. Dropping a tank is a stupid idea. Many YouTube videos show you how to raise the bed. If your fuel pump has gone weak, it's time to replace it. Use an air compressor, brushes and whatever to clean the top of the tank after raising the bed and opening everything on top. You will not regret this procedure.
