I make my living with laminate countertops. I was taken into this bit by a retired laminate guy. He said it's the only one he uses. I agree. First, the white side makes very good sharp bits that last longer than any other. Second, you get one on each side for the price of most other "cheaper" bits. This increases the time between bit changes and reduces the time it takes to find another bit when you do so. At a good price. I mainly use this bit for rough cutting and cutting to rough sizes works great. After a quick cut I put a piece of laminate in front of the edge and then use cut #2402 flush for perfect smoothness. Just a few passes with a file and you're done.
